Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

8 oz butter

12 oz bread flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 oz milk

1.5 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

2 oz sugar

8 oz brown sugar

1 egg

1 egg yolk 

12 oz chocolate chips

Step One: Melt Butter In 2 Quart Sauce Pan

Step Two: Sift flour, salt, baking soda

Step Three: Pour butter into stand mixer

Step Four: Add sugar and brown sugar (Beat at Medium For 2 Min)

Step Five: Wisk egg, egg yolk, milk and vanilla. (Reduce mixer speed)

Step Six: Start to add in the dry ingredients.

Step Seven: Drop the speed of the mixer and add chocolate chips.

Step Eight: Chill The Dough For One Hour

Step Nine: Preheat the oven at 375 degrees (Use The Top 1/3 and Bottom 1/3 Of The Oven)

Step Ten: Scoop The Dough into 1 1/12 ounce portions onto parchment lined half sheet pans. (Six cookies per sheet)

Step Eleven: Bake two sheets at a time for 15 minutes. Rotate the pans halfway through.

Step Twleve: Remove from oven and eat after 5 minutes of cooling down.
